My name is K M and I am a nurse with EAST ambulance. I attended Newgrange last week for a gentleman who had had a fall. Firstly I would like to say what a lovely care home you have, very well run, and the residents seemed really happy, secondly, I want to take the time to thank some of your staff members, particularly Lisa. She is a fantastic carer, she was amazing with the patient, she really knew him, her help was second to none as was the care she was providing. Lisa to me represented what holistic care really is all about, and I think she is a fantastic staff member to your care home.

I also met another carer by the name of Maria, again a fantastic lady, and the working relationship these ladies had was amazing. They worked so efficiently, and we were able to leave this patient at home and comfortable.

Again, I just want to reiterate how great they were, and what a fantastic asset these two ladies must be to your home.

My mum has been a resident here for a year. She is content here. The staff are always on hand to offer help and go over and above for the residents. The entertainment provided is great. My mum enjoys all the extra activities

What a splendid effort from everyone regarding the jubilee party. Had an

enjoyable afternoon watching everyone enjoying themselves.
