All of our food is freshly prepared on the premises by our own team of qualified cooks.
Each resident is individually assessed for their dietary needs, whether that be for medical or cultural requirements. We monitor each resident's food intake to ensure sufficient nutrition and balance in their diet. We use fresh local organic ingredients wherever possible including meats, fresh, never frozen fish, eggs, potatoes and other vegetables. Meals can be taken in the dining room or in a resident's own bedroom whichever is their preference.
Our chef has extensive knowledge of how to cater for residents with Diabetes. She has undertaken further training, so that she can meet their specific dietary requirements.
