Welcome to Newgrange Residential Home

Newgrange is a comprehensively equipped 34 bed private residential care home serving Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.  The home is registered under the Health and Social Care Act 2008, with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and received a three star "excellent" rating at the last CQC inspection.  One of only 6 comparable homes to gain three stars within 200 surrounding square miles.

The home is dedicated to the provision of the finest care for its residents.  This is achieved through an outstanding modern environment and a dedicated team of staff who provide first class standards of care.  The home is purpose built, ideally suited to the needs of its residents with ample day space and single en-suite bedrooms.  Included are a light and airy conservatory, lounge and dining area.  The lounge has separate areas for television, films, music, quietness and even fireside chats.

Bedrooms are brightly decorated with light wood furniture and attractive soft furnishings.  All bedrooms have underfloor heating or cool touch radiators, removing the inherent scolding risk from conventional radiators.  All rooms are wheelchair accessible and have a nursecall alarm system.

We are situated in an especially quiet location on the edge of Cheshunt with good road and rail access from surrounding areas.  Only one mile from Cheshunt rail station which is 20 minutes from central London and less than three miles from junction 25 of the M25.
